Fee Pension & QDRO Information

Our fees generally range from $145 to $250 for defined benefit valuations, and $300 to $495 for defined contribution valuations. Our standard fee to draft a QDRO or other type of Domestic Relations Order is $420. This includes any plan revisions, if required, or our Plan Pre-Approval Service, at no extra charge. The fee for each additional QDRO needed for the same case, either party, is $370.  The "Pro Se" Fee is $625 per QDRO.  Prices may occasionally vary due to complexities.

We are a real actuarial firm, staffed by credentialed actuaries. Even though our fees are quite competitive, we do not use a standardized, one-size-fits-all approach for handling high volume, as may be the case with some pension appraisers.

We will ask you some questions about your case and the plan to determine how we can best serve your needs. At that point, we will quote specific fees, as well as detail the documentation that we will need to be provided.

2. Include a check (payable to Pension Analysis Consultants, Inc., or "PAC") or provide credit card info for appropriate fee.
